What’s Micro-Mobility?
Micro mobility is quickly gaining pace. It will soon be a common means of transportation in cities and college campuses. Residents and tourists will take a holistic approach to move around the city as additional journey-planning platforms include e-scooters and e-bikes. Spin has recently been integrated into several global and regional route planning systems, including CityMapper, Moovit, Transit, and Kölner Verkehrs-Betriebe (KVB).

How does the Owner Spin technology work?
This integration will benefit both city dwellers and college students. Users of Google Maps will be able to see in real-time the closest accessible Spin e-bike or e-scooter. They’ll also see how long it will take to walk to the vehicle, expected battery range, and predicted arrival time. After that, users will go to the Spin app to pay for the car, unlock it, and start their journey. As a result, the entire process is hassle-free, accessible, and becoming increasingly popular.
While this feature has not yet been made available in all 50 states, it is nevertheless a much anticipated and helpful addition for regular commuters.
