Memorial Day Weekend Events 2017 around Austin TX

2nd Annual All-White Memorial Weekend R&B Cruise

Put on your best white attire and party on this cruise sponsored by the Rotundo Group on Sunday, May 28, 2017. Cost is $43 per person and includes buffet dinner, beverages, and music. A mixer and happy hour will be held at Hula Hut starting at 4 p.m. with the cruise leaving from the Walsh Landing Dock at 6:30. The boat will return around 8 p.m. Attendees should be 25+ and reservations should be made in advance.

Memorial Day Weekend Pig Roast

The Duchman Family Winery in Driftwood TX will be having a pig roast from 5 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, May 28. Cost is $35 for adults (which includes pig roast buffet ticket and one wine glass ticket). Childrens’ tickets and non-alcoholic tickets are available. Make your reservations in advance.

Memorial Day Murph

In Round Rock TX (in the same city as one of our Third Coast Auto Group locations) fitness aficionados can honor our nation’s fallen heroes with the 8th Annual Defiant Crossfit Memorial Day Murph. This workout event (including a one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another mile run) was named in honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy who was killed in Afghanistan in 2005.
