Out of Bounds Comedy Festival

Various locations throughout Austin
This seven-day comedy festival showcases the best standup, improv and sketch artists from Austin and beyond. It is happening at six venues. An all-access Badge for the week is available with early bird pricing for $99 (though that may go up) and individual event tickets are available for $10-20. Capital City Black Film Festival
August 30-Sept 2, 2018
Austin Convention Center
With more than 50 film showings (including feature films, music videos, documentaries, and short films) this event offers fun, education, and the opportunity to see great cinema. An All Film Pass is $60, with special event tickets for each night available for $15. A VIP Fest Pass, which includes most events, is $195.
